Three ways to keep tails wagging

Dog Walking

One 30-minute walk per booking — add $5 for each additional dog. Large dogs, please contact before booking.

Common questions

What happens if it's raining or too hot outside?

We still come by — your dog doesn't miss out. If the weather's not safe for a full walk, we'll do indoor playtime plus a short trip outside for a potty break, then right back in. Your dog still gets attention and care, just adjusted for the weather.

What areas do you serve?

Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.

What if my dog is reactive or has behavioral needs?

Just let us know in the Pet Care & House Info section when you book. We're happy to work with dogs who need a little extra patience or a specific approach — the more we know ahead of time, the better we can help.

Do I need to fill anything out before my first visit?

Yes — first-time clients fill in a short Pet Care & House Info section during booking, plus a few quick forms (waiver, vet authorization, etc.) under My Booking → Forms. It only takes a few minutes and you won't need to do it again after your first visit.

How far in advance do I need to book?

As early as you can, especially for Home Sitting. Same-day walk requests are welcome if a slot's open. If you don't see a time that works, use the Special Request option and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What's your cancellation policy?

Walks need 2 hours' notice, Home Sitting needs a full day's notice. Late cancellations carry a flat $10 fee. Full details are under My Booking → Forms → Cancellation Policy.

    I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is/are attending walks, pet sitting, or any activities with Hank's Pack.

    I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of my participation in this service. I also understand and agree that in releasing my dog(s) into Hank's Pack's care, Hank's Pack has relied upon my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog.

    I further understand that due to the way dogs interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even though dogs are carefully supervised at all times. While my dog(s) is/are in the care and custody of Hank's Pack, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Hank's Pack, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog. I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with veterinary, medical, or other treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own pet insurance.

    I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless Hank's Pack, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members, and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of Hank's Pack negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage which I or my dog(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my dog(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Hank's Pack for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury, or damage.

    I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement, and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the application form completed by me. Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every dog. Hank's Pack reserves the right to permanently remove a dog from our services at any time.
